"We used their pet service recently when our beloved dog passed unexpectedly on a Sunday night. The after hours answering service was kind and efficient, and a staff member contacted me quickly to make arrangements. They came out at 930pm and treated her with the same care as a family member who had passed. She was returned with the same care in a simple white urn, with a lock of her fur, ink paw prints, and a clay impression of her paw. Bob made sure everything turned out beautifully. They have a nice selection of pet urns available as well [we planned a custom urn separately]."
